The UN's budget is funded by its member states. The organization has six official languages: English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, and Russian. The UN's membership has grown significantly over the years. The UN has a number of specialized agencies, such as the World Health Organization and the United Nations Children's Fund.
